The Answers You Need
Do you provide 'Personal Care'?
Our staff are fully trained to support with personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, oral care etc. These are classed as 'regulated activities' and we are currently in the process of registering with the CQC as a provider.
What is the CQC?
CQC is an independent regulator of health and Adult social care in England. They ensure Health and Social Care providers provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high quality of care.
How do you monitor your staff?
All of our staff are DBS (Database)Â checked prior to working with us. They have to comply with our mandatory training sessions, ongoing support and their supervisors.
What precautions are you taking during this pandemic?
We are committed to reducing the spread of the virus and we are taking all possible measures such as using PPE, Hand sanitisers, Social Distancing and following current government guidelines.
Can I change my mind after starting My Care with you?
Yes. We will try and be as flexible as possible, acting in your best interest.
Would I have the same gender Staff looking after me?
We would endeavour to work around your choice and provide you with the best in your interest. These will be discussed prior to your care package offer.
